Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Unused & Unopened Products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged or Defective Products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Incorrect Items: Wrong products will be replaced at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and condition.
• Product seals must remain intact where applicable.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
• Used, opened or partially consumed hair care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

• Replacement products will be shipped after the return request is reviewed and approved.
